Vodreach™ ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you shop with us, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed and basic device information, via cookies and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud, and — where you've opted in — to send you occasional offers. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and consent for marketing and analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the shop: our payment processor (Stripe), our order and fulfilment platform, our delivery carriers, and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It records events such as page views, add-to-cart and completed purchases. You can opt out through your browser or device advertising settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for six years to satisfy UK tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Email support@vodreach.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
